He gets there early so he can see which way the wind and surf is going so he can place himself in the most strategic spot on the pier. Then the moment of truth. You all drop your lines and hope your strategy works. Sound familiar? Yes - every time you think about your auto repair marketing and advertising.

Auto repair shop owner, are you one of these guys on a crowded pier throwing out a hook with a worm, on 3 lb. test line hoping to catch a 48 lb. salmon, constantly wondering why the big ones always gets away?
